The keyfund Footsey event is an unrivalled showcase for social enterprises to promote themselves and for buyers to procure their services and products.
Whether you’re a new or existing social enterprise or a potential customer of the social economy, Footsey is the place to meet the people you need to speak to.
As a charity Longhill Link-Up’s interest in this event was mainly around networking and specifically looking at other non-profits and how they integrate into social enterprises
As well as some really useful practical information, the biggest discovery was kivo-ebiz.
Kivo-ebiz is a non-profit organisation that helps individuals by selling their unwanted goods on ebay.
In a recent staff meeting, we discussed the idea of having “e-bay days” where we would support the public in generating extra income for Christmas….great idea but a logistical nightmare…thank fully kivo-ebiz had all the information we need to help us get started.
Today we are looking at www.stumbleupon.com/
…I’m challenging the group to find the weirdest/most interesting things on the web post it on out website….let the fun begin
Good news for all!
